Bogdanovic negotiates qualifying

Alex Bogdanovic has qualified for the main draw of the Aegon Championships, which begin at Queen's Club, London, on Monday.
Bogdanovic, the seventh seed in the qualifying competition, defeated second seed Ilija Bozoljac of Serbia in three sets, 4-6, 7-6(3). The British number two will now face wild card Grigor Dimitrov of Bulgaria in the first round proper.
Dan Evans and Daniel Cox were unable to join Bogdanovic, losing in the final round of qualifying. Evans was beaten by fourth seed Dmitry Tursunov of Russia in three sets, 3-6, 6-4, 6-4.
Cox bowed out to eighth seed Frank Dancevic of Canada in straight sets, 6-4, 6-3. Dancevic is ranked 390 places above the Briton at 169.
Defending champion Andy Murray is seeded third at the grass court event, as he begins his preparations for Wimbledon. Jamie Baker and James Ward have been awarded wild cards into the main draw.
