Murray into third round

Andy Murray moved into the third round of the French Open by defeating Argentine Juan Ignacio Chela in four sets.

In a match played over two days, Murray went into today's resumption holding a one set lead, and level at three games all in the second.

Chela won this set on a tie-break by seven points to five to level the match. However, Murray then took the next two sets to complete the victory, 6-2, 6-7(5), 6-3, 6-2.

Chela, 30, is a former French Open quarter-finalist, and has won five ATP Tour clay-court titles. His ranking currently stands at number 54, but this has been as high as 15 in August, 2004.

Murray, the fourth seed, will now face the 25th seed Marcos Baghdatis of Cyprus in the third round.
