Nottingham Tennis Centre hosts a combined women's 50,000 dollar ITF tournament, and a men's ATP Challenger event this week.
In the women's draw, Elena Baltacha is the top seed. Katie O'Brien is seeded third, and Anne Keothavong, seventh.
Also competing are British players Naomi Cavaday, Melanie South, Anna Smith and Naomi Broady. Anna Fitzpatrick and Lisa Whybourn have received wild cards into the main draw, whilst Jade Windley, Jocelyn Rae and Tara Moore have qualified.
In the men's competition, world number 76, Arnaud Clement of France is the top seed. There will also be six British players in the line-up. Alex Bogdanovic has received direct entry into the draw, whilst Josh Goodall, Alexander Slabinsky and James Ward have been granted wild cards.
Marcus Willis and Alexander Ward have also qualified for the first round proper.
