The qualifying competition for the French Open takes place this week at Roland Garros.
In the women's draw, British number four Naomi Cavaday will take on Spaniard Beatriz Garcia Vidagny in the first round. Cavaday will be attempting to negotiate three rounds of qualifying in order to join compatriots Elena Baltacha, Anne Keothavong and Katie O'Brien in the first round proper.
In the men's draw, Alex Bogdanovic will face Ireland's Conor Niland, and James Ward is up against the 29th seed, Pablo Andujar of Spain.
The French Open begins on Sunday, the 23rd of May.
